Chief Justice D Y Chandrachud on Friday administered oath of office to new Supreme Court judges — Justices Ujjal Bhuyan and Sarasa Venkatanaryanan Bhatti, taking the working strength of the apex court to 32 judges, two short of the sanctioned strength.
